Terms & conditions respect the law of Czech republic and are available in Czech language. For any inquiries, please consult with us directly.

Price, payment All prices are inclusive of 21% VAT. Shipping cost will be added to your order. MARSHAL APPAREL accepts payments through PayPal. NO PAYPAL ACCOUNT NEEDED FOR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS.

Delivery As soon as your order is sent, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Delivery takes 3–14 business days, depending on your location.

Unclaimed packages Unclaimed packages will be returned to MARSHAL APPAREL. For all unclaimed packages you will be charged for the return delivery.

Returns The return period is 14 days from the day the order was delivered. When the returned goods are undamaged, clean and complete, we will immediately refund your credit card.

Cancelling Order It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. Get in touch with us and we’ll take care of it. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The delivery fee will not be refunded.

Warranty MARSHAL APPAREL return period is 14 days. We will refund you as soon as possible. Please allow up to two weeks after we deliver the product to process all refunds. The buyer is obliged to pay for the return of the goods. The buyer is obliged to keep the product in the same condition as when delivered.

Privacy All information provided by you is only used to ensure the best possible shopping experience. All information is strictly confidential. Your personal information will not be shared, circulated, nor modified in any way without your previous consent.
